Weddings, Receptions and Private Parties-

Weddings and/or Receptions Package For $900 this package includes:
Venue space from 8 am to 8 pm.
Seating for 50 including tables, chairs and white linens.
Appetizers of two cheese plates, two fruit plates and assorted breads.
Note: alcohol is available with an additional charge. All alcohol and food are through Latitude One restaurant.
The venue is available from May 1st through October 1st, 2012.
Private Parties
Catered lunches in the garden are available for private parties with a purchase total of $250 food and/or alcohol from 11 am to 3 pm. 15% gratuity.
Catered dinners in the garden are available for private parties with a purchase total of $500 for food and/or alcohol after 5pm. 18% gratuity additional.
